South Africa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Application for<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"row padding-bottom-10\"><label class=\"job-detail-bold-header\" for=\"MinimumExperience\"><strong>Minimum experience:<\/strong> <\/label><label for=\"Mid-Senior\">Mid-Senior<\/label><\/div>\n<div class=\"row padding-bottom-10\"><strong><label class=\"job-detail-bold-header\" for=\"CompanyPrimaryIndustry\">Company primary industry: <\/label><\/strong><label for=\"Security_and_Investigations\">Security and Investigations<\/label><\/div>\n<div class=\"row padding-bottom-10\"><label class=\"job-detail-bold-header\" for=\"FunctionalAreaName\"><strong>Job functional area:<\/strong> <\/label><label for=\"Management\">Management<\/label><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"vacancy-description\">\n<p><strong>MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Manage all Technical work done in the area, client queries and manage Technicians, Technical Assistants as well as dotted line of responsibility to Technical Co-ordinators.<\/p>\n<p><strong>REPORTS TO:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Branch Manager<\/p>\n<p><strong>SUBORDINATES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Installation Technicians<br \/>\nService Technicians<br \/>\nWireman<\/p>\n<p><strong>DUTIES:<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>TECHNICAL TARGETS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and manage the Installation and Service department<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with clients and accounts department with regards to\u00a0technical and account queries<\/li>\n<li>Meeting Field Force Transformation (FFT) targets<\/li>\n<li>Installation Inspections<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper stock control and counts in technical vehicles and store room as well as inspections<\/li>\n<li>Check all invoices to ensure correct stock transfers<\/li>\n<li>To maintain stock levels and ensure stock readily available for installations\/service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>EHS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage Health and Safety and injuries on duties<\/li>\n<li>Conduct SHE inspections for ladders, electrical equipment, PPE and vehicle checks<\/li>\n<li>Conduct SHE meetings and toolbox talks with Installations staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PEOPLE MANAGEMENT<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete all necessary paperwork for the successful recruitment of terminated staff or new positions which may become available<\/li>\n<li>People management, including all HR related issues as well as staff development<\/li>\n<li>Identify Training and development needs among staff and coach accordingly<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the staff members to identify and solve queries<\/li>\n<li>Staff Wellbeing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ADMINISTRATION<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete the following reports: Weekly actual numbers vs. targets, Stock take &amp; Control, Weekly Installations\/Sales follow up\/Courtesy calls, Late service calls, Fuel consumption and kilometres, Red\/green flag and SMS test.<\/li>\n<li>Check Installer drive sheets i.e. arrival and departure times at sites<\/li>\n<li>Check and distribute fines to installations staff and obtain signed AOD\u2019s<\/li>\n<li>Investigate break ins, downloads of panels and compile break in report<\/li>\n<li>Receive and attend to client queries and provide feedback<\/li>\n<li>Address emails received from internal departments and provide feedback<\/li>\n<li>Liaise telephonically with technicians and internal departments regarding technical queries<\/li>\n<li>Send technical vehicles for service and repair as and when required<\/li>\n<li>Investigate and report claims against the company and report damages that may have occurred<\/li>\n<li>Attend various training sessions<\/li>\n<li>Complete the annual recommitments with Installations staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PERFORMANCE STANDARDS<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that weekly and monthly Technical targets are met<\/li>\n<li>Ensure first time resolution to client query<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that FFT targets are met as set out in the budget for the branch.<\/li>\n<li>Minimize stock loss to less than 1%.<\/li>\n<li>Stock take as per regional dates<\/li>\n<li>Check and distribute FTT, Low Bat and WIP reports<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all incidents are reported to HR within 24 hours of the incident occurring<\/li>\n<li>Ensure inspections are conducted on a monthly basis and discrepancies reported to Installations Manager \/ HOD<\/li>\n<li>Ensure toolbox talks and SHE meetings are conducted monthly and minutes sent to HR Officer \u2013 EHS<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the terminated paperwork is submitted to HR for processing<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that staff performance is monitored and recorded regularly<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that staff are given the proper training and in line with the work completed<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that queries are dealt with effectively and efficiently<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that reports are completed on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for Branch &amp; Regional Technical Manager<\/li>\n<li>Attend weekly, monthly meetings<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that AOD\u2019s are signed and submitted to payroll before 10<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0of each month for payroll cut off<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that Listener notes and emails are attended to timeously and feedback provided<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all technical queries are resolved within prescribed standards<\/li>\n<li>Ensure vehicles are sent for repair at regular intervals<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that investigations and claim reports are addressed within prescribed standards<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that payroll documents are submitted by 10<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0of every month<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that training sessions are attended as and when required<\/li>\n<li>Ensure completion of courses as and when required (annually)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>COMPETENCIES\u00a0<\/strong><strong>(TECHNICAL &amp;
