The successful candidate will report to the Unit Manager in Cedar Ward. Strong administration and organisational skills are essential for this position.<\/dd>\n<dt><strong>Critical Outputs<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>Conducting clerical\/secretarial duties as delegated by the Unit Manager<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with bed bookings into the department, inter-departmentally, inter facility transfers, movement of patients on the Patient Accommodation and Movement Boards.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and assist with staff planning<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and assist with administrative duties including answering of the telephones<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the management of surgical and ethical stock in the unit.
