Now\u2019s the time to imagine your potential in a team where experts come together and ignite effective change.<\/p>\n<p><b>Are you someone who can:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive business profitability in the context of cost management through Information technology solutions<\/li>\n<li>Increase operational efficiency and suggest solutions to enhance cost effectiveness<\/li>\n<li>Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers\u2019 expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions by resolving queries fast end effective<\/li>\n<li>Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME\u2019s, project managers and senior staff members by providing input to business requirements<\/li>\n<li>Provide second level standby and complex problem resolution by interfacing with vendor support to resolve complex application and system configurations<\/li>\n<li>Provide specialist high-level technical advice for high-level problem resolution of complex problems by monitoring system security policy implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor changes in legislation, regulations, initiatives, and relevant industry practices. Ensure drafting and implementation of appropriate interventions.\u00a0\u00a0Ensure compliance with audit requirements<\/li>\n<li>Assess, identify, and mitigate potential risks within the IT system engineering environment and comply with governance in terms of legislative, audit and business policy requirements by drafting policies and procedures for the System Engineering Environment<\/li>\n<li>Manage systems by setting threshold measurements for capacity and infrastructure upgrades and suggest changes<\/li>\n<li>Manage the System Efficiencies by suggesting and implementing efficient system changes based on research of new and existing technology to align with business needs<\/li>\n<li>Set timeline and methodology for system, release upgrades and build test packs for regression testing.
