\u2022 Quality assured, maintenance philosophies and procedures aligned with best practise specifications.<\/p>\n

Minimum Requirements<\/strong>
\nQUALIFICATIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 N Dip: Engineering (Essential\/Minimum)
\n\u2022 Trade: Artisan(Relevant) MQA\/QCTO Accred ( Essential\/Minimum )
\n\u2022 Certificate First Line Management (Essential\/Minimum)
\n\u2022 B Tech Engineering (Relevant) (Recommended\/Desirable)<\/p>\n

EXPERIENCE:<\/strong><\/p>\n

5 years Maintenance within a Mining and equipment environment of which at least 2 years supervisory level Surface or Underground mining experience (Essential\/Minimum) Operational<\/p>\n

REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Psychometric Assessment (Essential\/Minimum)
\n\u2022 Certificate of Fitness (Essential\/Minimum)<\/p>\n

Duties & Responsibilities<\/strong>
\nContinuous Improvement<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Manage equipment maintenance work
\n\u2022 Responsible for optimised routine and breakdown maintenance activities
\n\u2022 Initiate continuous improvement initiatives
\n\u2022 Conduct research work in order to initiate process changes
\n\u2022 Liaise with other sections
\n\u2022 Manage projects and technology to enhance maintenance operations
\n\u2022 Conduct desktop and feasibility studies toward improving process flow Customer and Client Relationship Management<\/p>\n

\u2022 Support core business and ensure appropriate stakeholder relationships
\n\u2022 Manage internal and external relations
\n\u2022 Provide relevant support and legislative service to applicable stakeholders Equipment Control and Maintenance<\/p>\n

\u2022 Contribute to meeting production targets by attending to breakdown and routine work maintenance targets within functional area
\n\u2022 Ensure effective services and resource management, optimal use of physical assets and available resources
\n\u2022 Assume responsibility for quality of maintenance work
\n\u2022 Conduct trouble-shooting
\n\u2022 Complete, process and update all records and documentation Functional Excellence<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Assist in standardising, simplifying and speeding-up functional processes, eliminating duplication and bureaucracy
