Purpose of the Job:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Contract Manager will report to the Key Accounts Manager. The primary responsibility of the Contract Manager is to assist with the day-today managing of on-site cleaning personnel as well as
\nensuring excellent Client service delivery as per Company Standards.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Enforce the Company\u2019s \u2018Code of Conduct\u2019
\n\u2022 Ensure an efficient and effective operation of the Site
\n\u2022 Handle and resolve staff and client complaints
\n\u2022 Carry out duties and tasks as per Site Job Description
\n\u2022 Take a proactive approach to Cleaning-related matters
\n\u2022 Communicate with staff, public, client and management with regards to cleaning needs
\n\u2022 Assist with training of on-site cleaning personnel
\n\u2022 Provide administrative support to management
\n\u2022 Ensure effective and efficient rostering of cleaning personnel
\n\u2022 Investigate on-site allegations and report on findings accordingly<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022<\/strong>\u00a0Matric Certified
\n\u2022 5 years of experience in the Cleaning Industry
\n\u2022 3-5 years of direct management experience
\n\u2022 Fluent in English
\n\u2022 Knowledge of the Cleaning Industry regulations including Operational and Client requirements<\/p>\n

COMPETENCIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication Skills
\n\u2022 Excellent leadership qualities
\n\u2022 Excellent Reporting Skills
\n\u2022 Excellent management skills<\/p>\n
