REQUIREMENTS<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

-Basic Literacy or Grade 10. – Grade 12 (added advantage). – Valid Driver\u2019s License (added advantage). – Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (must be bilingual). – Ability to follow & execute given instructions. – Good physical health, basic skill & know how of doing physical work. – A hard-working self-disciplined person. \u2013 01-year relevant experience as general worker\/cleaner within Local Government Authority or similar environment. Candidates applying for the vacancy must reside within the jurisdiction of Midvaal Local Municipality.<\/p>\n

DUTIES<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

–\u00a0Cleaning of offices: –\u00a0<\/b>By using cleaning materials, vacuum cleaner, brooms, cloths, and brushes. – By washing office windows. – Washing floors. – To ensure that office is always clean, neat and healthy. –\u00a0Cleaning outside the office and maintaining gardens: –\u00a0<\/b>By cutting grass, utilizing a lawn mower. –\u00a0<\/b>Using any other relevant tools and equipment needed to execute duties effectively. –\u00a0<\/b>By picking up papers on Station grounds of courtyard to ensure that the ground is always clan and presentable. –\u00a0<\/b>Perform any other related Ad Hoc tasks and duties as requested or required by management (supervisor) from time to time.<\/p>\n

SALARY: <\/u><\/b>R142 608.00 p.a. \u2013 R156 228.00 p.a. (Level 13 of a Grade 8 Local Authority)<\/p>\n

Total package inclusive of all benefits: R265 897.52 p.a.<\/p>\n
