As part of this transformation, we are establishing a new department of legal experts and seeking an exceptional individual to lead this team. We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and highly skilled attorney to join our team as the Head of Legal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Overview:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Head of Legal will play a crucial role in supporting the business through the IPO process and beyond. This role includes the added responsibility of serving as the Company Secretary, ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards.
