systems and policies and support implementation of new processes; policies and systems.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure authorisation of vacancies and budget is obtained prior to recruitment as per relevant processes and policies.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure best fit candidates are recruited by clarifying stakeholder\u2019s vacancy requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Attract suitable applicants by creating adverts and advertising vacancies using the most effective sourcing channels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Screen applicant cv\u2019s by reviewing and identifying appropriate applicants.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that policies and practices are met through conducting the shortlisting and interviewing for applicants including record keeping of all applications and communications for audit purposes.<\/li>\n<li>Finalise applicant shortlisting by engaging line management\/HR.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that shortlisted candidates are scheduled for interviews; assessments and clearance checks by providing the necessary information to the Recruitment Administrator for processing.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in deciding on most suitable candidate for appointment through line and candidates engagement.<\/li>\n<li>Meet miminum required recruitment metrics by continuously monitoring and tracking progress and take corrective action where required.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all recruitment activities comply with regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to queries or complaints in a timely manner and ensure that they are activley resolved.<\/li>\n<li>Minimize risk to the bank regarding recruitment practices by updating vacancy and applicant status on all relevant systems; notify applicants accordingly and by keeping accurate recruitment records.<\/li>\n<li>Understand and embrace the TymeBank vision and demonstrate the values through interaction with team and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Improve personal capability and stay abreast of developments in field of expertise by identifying training courses and career progression opportunities for self with input from management.<\/li>\n<li>Support personal growth and enable effectiveness in performance of roles and responsibilities by ensuring that all learning activities are completed;
