This position entails, provide holistic and complete total reward support to the Group Head of Reward and other key stakeholders which will serve to enable the business to be able to attract, retain, motivate and engage the right caliber of associates in relation to the group. The position will work closely with other members of the reward team in the delivery of strategic projects and initiatives.
•Manage participation in total remuneration surveys, model salary increases, collect internal and external data and conduct analyses to develop salary structures & ensure a competitive posture in the relevant market(s).
•Studies and analyze compensation programs for local nationals and/or international personnel to provide input into managerial decisions about the organisation’s compensation and benefit programmes.
•Provide expertise relating to the management and oversight of employee benefits.
•Partner with people community and business on the implementation of reward projects and initiatives.
•Identifies data patterns & trends to report on/provide insights that enhance business decision making capability & planning. Identifies areas of improvement & recommends enhancements to operational policies to ensure data quality. May be involved in exploratory, confirmatory and/or qualitative data analysis. May train and assist other employees from time to time.

•Ensure that at all times data, information and analysis emanating from the Reward team is Timeous and Accurate.
•Compile monthly reports.
•Work on both simple and complex data simulations and models with the aim of providing solutions to complex business and reward issues.
•Responsible for conducting research in areas regarding total reward to enable analysis and prediction of market trends.
•Keep up to date with legislation, taxation and other items which affect reward.
•Job evaluation and benchmarking.
•Provide support and guidance to the reward team in the annual reward cycle of salary increases, short term incentives and long term incentives.
Education:
• University Degree.
Experience:
• 3-5 years relevant experience.
Experience in incentive design
Knowledge/ Skills:
• Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills, HR Systems (Sage, etc) advantageous.
• Attention to detail.
• Deadline driven and able to work under pressure.
• In depth knowledge of governance, benefits and relevant legislation.
