Drivers: R12 000
FORTNIGHT Bakers: R7 000

• Grade 10.

Qualifications / Requirements: FOR Drivers and Truck Assistants
A current drivers liscence (code 10/14) A clean driving record A minimum of two (2) years driving experience Have a good level of health & fitness Have a friendly and outgoing personality be free of criminal record Duties will include (but not limited to):Deliveries to customers Assisting in the bakery when not on a delivery run General maintenance of company vehicle.

Specific Outputs
Controlled grist & product quality parameters Compiled and executed milling & packaging shift plan and controlled maize intake & milling processes for shift Controlled raw material & finished stock levels & rotation for shift Controlled and optimized people, mill, machinery, and equipment – also maintained the mill, machinery and equipment Ensured safety, health, hygiene, and pest management and managed team.

Primary Objectives of the Position
Supervises the activities of a group of employees/controllers engaged in performing a variety of milling routines. Responsible for the training of new employees as well as the training in safety procedures.
